100% Satisfaction Guarantee: If you receive an item that isn't what you wanted, wrong color, incorrect part, etc., you may return it within 10 days in new unused condition for exchange or refund. You are not "stuck" with something you don't need or want.
LIMITED WARRANTEE: Defects in material and workmanship are covered by the manufacturers. Please contact the manufacturer for direct warrantee service. * Note exceptions below. (SlickZERO & Blue Bird products are warranted by SlickZERO and may be returned directly to us)
.* SlickZERO Products: SlickZERO brand products are covered for ninety (90) days.
* Blue Bird Servos: Defects in material and workmanship are covered for 1 year. The warrantee does not cover damaged connectors, torn wires, stripped gears, broken cases, etc.. If it is damaged or past the warrantee period you may return the servo for repair. If it is more cost effective SlickZERO may elect to replace the servo with a new one instead of repairing it. The cost for this service is 1/2 the current selling price. There is no charge for shipping back to you.
NOTE: SlickZERO is not responsible for misuse, damage (crash), or subsequent damage caused by a defective part.
E-mail First: If you have an item or items you wish to return please e-mail service@slickzero.com with your name, address, item and a brief description of the problem. This will give us a "heads up" so we can verify the information and be sure we have the parts or products to fill your request.
