Lithium Polymer Batteries: Once you receive your battery or battery pack (whether bought alone or came in a kit), test it for low voltage condition before you charge or discharge the battery. If one or more cells in the pack is below 3.0 volts contact the manufacturer. There is no warranty for any Lithium Polymer battery or battery pack once you have placed it on a charger. Once you use or discharge a Lithium Polymer battery or battery pack there is no warranty. As used in R/C applications discharge rates exceed the manufacturer's specified maximum rates for these cells. Therefore, the use of Lithium Polymer batteries in radio-controlled models is to be considered experimental, and there is no warranty, expressed or implied, with respect to the capacity, life in cycles, storage, or discharge characteristics of cells in RC use, nor any other use nor aspect. We strongly suggest you follow AMA safety precautions with these cells. Since we cannot guarantee customers will follow the proper safety precautions and use an appropriate well functioning charger with the correct settings, SlickZERO Hobby Products assumes no responsibility for the use of Lithium Polymer battery products by our customers. Your use of this product means you accept our terms and you are fully responsible for any consequences of your use.

Blue Bird products are warranted by BP Hobbies LLC and Blue Bird USA Warrantee information

SlickZERO products are warranted by SlickZERO for 90 days and may be returned directly to us.

E-mail First:  If you have a defective SlickZERO item you wish to return please e-mail slickzero@gmx.com with your name, address, item and a brief description of the problem.  This will give us a "heads up" so we can verify the information and be sure we have the parts or products to fill your request.
